PostSecret is a pretty cool site where people anonymously send in their deepest secrets on postcards. What better way to get into a characters head then through their deepest secrets, right? These might help.
Hatch's Plot Bank is a list of over two thousand random plot points that may be of some help when you're stuck.
A Softer World is a somewhat serious web-comic that provides a unique, interesting, humorous and honest take on things that may just be the breath of fresh air you need.
